Omarion and Marques Houston are back with the Chris Stokes-directed horror film Somebody Help Me 2. The movie is on DVD and Blu-ray and in stores since August 16. The first film ‘Somebody Help Me’ debuted on BET on Halloween in 2007. Now the guys are back for more.

The plot goes like this: Brendan (Houston) and Darryl (Omarion) have both moved on with their lives following the events at the cabin in the woods; not unscathed however. Coming up on the anniversary, Brendan is still having nightmares that he feels will come true at any moment. His worse fears come to life when his wife and niece don’t return home one night.

During his guest appearance on BET’s 106 & Park in 2010, Marques Houston stated that there were ongoing plans for the production of two more sequels based on the film. According to Houston, ‘Somebody Help Me 3′ is scheduled to premiere on BET around Halloween in 2011 and ‘Somebody Help Me 4′ would likely receive a theatrical release in 2012. ’Somebody Help Me 2′ is on DVD and Blu-ray and in stores on August 16.
